Biography
Shirley & Dolly Collins were sisters from Hastings, England: Shirley sang traditional songs in a plain, unadorned style while Dolly accompanied and arranged on piano and portative organ. Their duo albums 'Anthems in Eden' (1969) and 'Love, Death and the Lady' (1970), released on #Harvest#, fused English folk song with early music, and remain landmarks of the British folk revival. The partnership ended with 'For As Many As Will' in 1978.
