Shudder to Think released three albums on #Dischord Records# before signing to #Epic Records# for 'Pony Express Record' (1994), matching angular, math-rock-influenced playing to Craig Wedren's dramatic vocals. Core members across their classic run included Wedren, Chris Matthews, Stuart Hill, Mike Russell and Nathan Larson. The band split in 1998 after '50,000 B.C.', subsequently reunited for live work, and returned to active status in 2025.
