Biography
Spinvis is the solo project of Dutch singer-songwriter Erik de Jong of Nieuwegein. Recording alone in his attic with computers, samplers and found objects, he debuted in 2002 with 'Spinvis' on #Excelsior Recordings#, a lo-fi indietronica record whose fragmented Dutch lyrics won him the Popprijs and a lasting place in Dutch pop. Later albums include 'Dagen van gras, dagen van stro' and 'Tot ziens, Justine Keller'.
