Steve Howe is an English guitarist, songwriter, and producer, celebrated as a primary architect of progressive rock. Best known as the lead guitarist for Yes, his intricate style blends rock, jazz, classical, and folk influences. Howe's work on seminal Yes albums like 'The Yes Album', 'Fragile', and 'Close to the Edge' defined the band's sound. He was also a founding member of the supergroup Asia, achieving massive commercial success in the 1980s. His other notable projects include the band GTR with *Steve Hackett* and Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe.
