Biography
Sutcliffe Jugend was a London power electronics project formed in 1982 by Kevin Tomkins, from the #Come Organisation# circle around *Whitehouse*. Its extreme early cassettes, including 'Campaign' (1982), helped define the genre. Tomkins soon left for *Whitehouse*, then reformed the project in 1994 with Paul Taylor; the duo worked until 2019, when it continued under the name Sutcliffe No More.
