Biography
Syd Matters is a French indie band that began as the solo project of frontman Jonathan Morali before expanding into a five-piece group. Their sound is a blend of melancholic folk-pop, atmospheric rock, and subtle electronic textures, often drawing comparisons to artists like *Nick Drake* and *Radiohead*. The band gained international recognition after releasing their debut album 'A Whisper and a Sigh' on #Third Side Records#. Their profile was significantly boosted when their songs, particularly "Obstacles" and "To All Of You", were featured in the popular video game *Life Is Strange*, for which Morali also composed the original score.
