Biography
Tarentel was a San Francisco post rock band active from 1995 to 2009, built around guitarists Danny Grody and Jefre Cantu-Ledesma. Their albums 'From Bone to Satellite' (1999), 'The Order of Things' (2001) and 'We Move Through Weather' (2004) moved from improvised guitar drones toward heavier, drum driven instrumentals, mostly for #Temporary Residence Limited#. Drummer Jim Redd anchored the later lineup, and the members later surfaced in *The Drift* and *The Alps*.
