Biography
TesseracT are a progressive metal band from Milton Keynes, England, formed in 2003 around guitarist Acle Kahney. Credited with pioneering djent, the quintet pairs palm-muted polyrhythms and odd time signatures with ambient textures and Daniel Tompkins' emotive vocals. Their five studio albums, from 'One' to 'War of Being', trace a move toward atmosphere and songcraft without losing technical precision, earning them a central place in modern progressive metal on #Kscope# and formerly #Century Media#.
