Biography
The Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation was a British blues-rock band formed in London in 1967 by drummer Aynsley Dunbar, fresh from *John Mayall*'s Bluesbreakers. With Victor Brox on vocals and organ, John Morshead on guitar and Alex Dmochowski on bass, the band released three albums on #Liberty Records# in 1968-69, blending Chicago blues standards with brooding original songs. The group disbanded in late 1969, though a fourth album, 'Remains to Be Heard', appeared under its name in 1970.
