The Outsiders was an Amsterdam beat group led by singer Wally Tax, among the foremost acts of the Dutch Nederbeat scene of the 1960s. Their albums 'Outsiders', 'Album #2' and the psychedelic 'C.Q.' (1968) mixed rhythm and blues with experimental songwriting. The group split in 1969, and 'C.Q.' is now regarded as a cult favourite of European beat music today.
