Biography
The Sneetches were a San Francisco power pop band active from 1985 to 1995, formed by Mike Levy and Matt Carges and completed by Daniel Swan and Alec Palao. Playing tuneful, 1960s-inspired guitar pop in the age of grunge, they released albums on #Creation Records# and #Alias Records#, including 'Sometimes That's All We Have' and 'Slow'. Described by Trouser Press as one of the most tasteful, consistently tuneful pop bands on the American scene, they have gained a cult following since splitting.
