Biography
The Wrens is an American indie rock band from New Jersey, formed in 1989 by Charles Bissell, Kevin and Greg Whelan and Jerry MacDonald. Label troubles silenced them for years before 'The Meadowlands' (2003) became a beloved indie classic. The original line-up remains intact — the four members have stayed together since the start, making them one of indie rock's most stable and patient bands.
