Biography
The Young Rascals was a New Jersey band formed in 1965 by Felix Cavaliere, Eddie Brigati, Gene Cornish, and Dino Danelli. One of the great blue-eyed soul groups, they scored era-defining hits with 'Good Lovin'', 'Groovin'', and 'People Got to Be Free' before shortening their name to The Rascals and dissolving in 1972. They were among the first American groups of their era to insist on writing and producing their own material for #Atlantic Records#.
