Biography
Three Mile Pilot is an indie rock band from San Diego, California, formed in 1991 by bassist Armistead Burwell Smith IV, singer and guitarist Pall Jenkins and drummer Tom Zinser. Their bass-led, multi-section songs, heard on 'N脿 Vucc脿 D貌 Lup霉' and 'The Chief Assassin to the Sinister', placed them at the front of the 1990s San Diego scene. After a long hiatus spent in *Pinback* and *The Black Heart Procession*, the band, augmented by keyboard player Tobias Nathaniel, reunited for 'The Inevitable Past Is the Future Forgotten' in 2010.
