Biography
Transit Express was a French instrumental jazz-rock band of the mid-1970s, led by keyboardist Serge Perathoner with Christian Leroux, Dominique Bouvier and Jean-Claude Guselli. Its three #RCA# albums, from 'Priglacit' (1975) to 'Couleurs Naturelles' (1977), are accomplished, little-known examples of European fusion. Keyboardist Serge Perathoner went on to a long career in French film and television music after the band folded in 1977.
