Biography
Trumans Water is an American experimental indie rock band formed in San Diego in 1991 by brothers Kirk and Kevin Branstetter with singer Glen Galloway. Their live, all-at-once recordings and detuned, improvisational songs earned them *John Peel*'s devotion; he broadcast their debut 'Of Thick Tum' uninterrupted on #BBC Radio 1#. Based in Portland since 1994, and later split between Oregon and France, the band has sustained a prolific, gleefully chaotic catalogue across labels including #Homestead Records# and #Emperor Jones#.
