Vàli

Biography

Vàli is a Norwegian one-man neofolk project, begun in 2003, built around delicate acoustic guitar pieces with occasional flute, cello and piano. Its debut 'Forlatt' (2004) sold out its limited first edition and was compared with classics by *Ulver* and *Empyrium*. The second album, 'Skogslandskap' (2013), released by #Prophecy Productions#, traces a journey through an autumn Norwegian forest from dusk to dawn. The musician behind Vàli also plays guitar in the doom metal band *Skumring*.
