Biography
Vaya Con Dios was a Belgian group formed in Brussels in 1986 around singer Dani Klein and bassist Dirk Schoufs. Their blend of gypsy jazz, blues, soul and Latin pop broke through with 'Night Owls' (1990) on #Ariola Records#, home to 'Nah Neh Nah' and 'What's a Woman?'. After Schoufs left and died in 1991, Klein continued the name as her own vehicle with rotating musicians through albums such as 'Time Flies' and 'The Promise', retiring it in 2014 before a later revival.
