Yochk'o Seffer Neffesh Music

Biography

Neffesh Music was the late-1970s band project of Hungarian-born French saxophonist Yochk'o Seffer, formerly of *Magma* and *Zao*. Blending zeuhl, jazz-rock, Hungarian folk and avant-garde classical strings, the group released three albums, 'Délire' in 1976, 'Ima' in 1977 and 'Ghilgoul' in 1978, with a fourth recorded but unreleased at the time. Its music was compiled on 'Neffesh-Music' and 'Noce Chimique'. 'Ghilgoul' was later reissued on CD by #Musea#.
