Album Notes & Community Reviews

Unites a highly acclaimed series of four distinct extended plays—'Winks', 'Dizzy', 'Smooth', and 'Kray'—released over the preceding year by the Chicago outfit. Meticulously reviving the overwhelmingly dense, effects-pedal driven textures of early 90s shoegaze, the collection established the band as leading figures of the modern nu-gaze revival. Its shimmering, oceanic pop melodies immediately garnered a massive underground cult following.
