Produced by Nick Gold, 'Radio Mali' remasters selections from the albums Tour茅 recorded in the early 1970s at the Bamako studios of Radio Mali, where he worked as a sound engineer. Tracks such as 'Njarka' and 'Samarya' document the solo guitar style he had developed before international fame, on records originally issued for little payment.
