Album Notes & Community Reviews

The double album 'Mid Spiral' compiles three distinct suites—'Chaos', 'Order', and 'Growth'—that find the trio returning to their instrumental jazz-funk origins while expanding their sonic palette. A collaborative project featuring an enlarged ensemble of guest musicians, the album weaves together psychedelic retro-soul, Latin rhythms, and ambient textures with a lush, vintage-inspired production quality. The result is a stylistically diverse collection of instrumental grooves built on structured arrangements that leave room for improvisation, reinforcing the band's reputation for pushing the boundaries of contemporary jazz.
