Album Notes & Community Reviews

Assembled from previously issued singles, this budget-label release further consolidated the guitarist's reputation as the preeminent force in modern electric blues. The tracks emphasize his incredibly influential, horn-like single-string solos, a refined technique that permanently shifted the genre away from acoustic strumming towards amplified, stinging leads.
