Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released a year after his tragic death, this posthumous collection gathers previously unissued material, alternate takes, and acoustic demos overlaid with new backing tracks. Despite the piecemeal production methods utilized by Norman Petty, the songs confirm the young songwriter's incredibly advanced melodic sensibilities and profound influence on the incoming British Invasion.
