Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bypassing their legendary, sprawling krautrock improvisations, this collection focuses exclusively on the German band's surprisingly tight, punchy promotional singles released throughout the 1970s. The compilation proves that beneath their avant-garde, boundary-pushing reputation lay an undeniable mastery of incredibly rhythmic, funk-oriented pop song structures. It offers a fascinating, accessible entry point into one of rock's most experimental discographies.
