Album Notes & Community Reviews
Drawn from Baker's 1955 and 1956 Paris sessions for Barclay, 'Chet Baker in Paris' selects from the recordings he made with European rhythm sections weeks after arriving in France. The EmArcy selection preserves the cool, lyrical trumpeter at the height of his early fame.
