Album Notes & Community Reviews

Uniting the complete studio recordings of the pioneering New York slowcore trio. The collection encompasses their glacial, deeply depressive brand of alternative rock, defined by agonizingly slow tempos, ringing, dissonant guitar chords, and Stephen Immerwahr's incredibly stoic, deadpan vocal delivery. The box set successfully preserved their legacy as one of the most intense, uncompromising independent rock bands of the 1990s.
