Album Notes & Community Reviews
This two-CD set compiles the three albums Boggs recorded for Folkways in the nineteen-sixties, after folklorist Mike Seeger tracked him down in Norton, Virginia, and persuaded him to resume his career. Seeger produced the reissue and wrote its notes, documenting a second act that took Boggs to folk festivals across America.
