Album Notes & Community Reviews

Combining two foundational releases from the underground vaporwave architect, this double album bridges the gap between internet aesthetics and emotionally resonant synthesizer pop. It features the nostalgic, sample-heavy instrumental chillwave of his 'Esprit' alias alongside the 1990s-inspired, vocal-driven alternative pop of his George Clanton project. The release helped push vaporwave out of sample-plunderphonics and into original, stadium-sized songwriting.
