Album Notes & Community Reviews
This pairing reissues 'Ikoyi Blindness' and 'Kalakuta Show', two Fela Kuti albums recorded with Africa 70 in the mid-1970s. The latter documents the period of the Kalakuta Republic commune and the escalating conflict with Nigeria's military government that culminated in the 1977 raid.
