Album Notes & Community Reviews
A pairing of two Fela Kuti albums from the end of his 1970s run: 'V.I.P. (Vagabonds in Power)', recorded live in Berlin, and 'Authority Stealing'. Both extend his afrobeat formula of long forms, call-and-response choruses and direct attacks on Nigerian authority.
