Album Notes & Community Reviews

Gathering some of the most commercially successful holiday recordings of the mid-twentieth century, this collection highlights the famous singing cowboy's massive impact on seasonal popular music. The inclusion of his definitive titular track cements the album's status as a quintessential piece of American Christmas Americana. The gentle, western-tinged arrangements perfectly complement his warm, grandfatherly vocal delivery.
