Album Notes & Community Reviews

Part of a comprehensive retrospective supervised by the legendary composer himself, this compilation gathers defining performances of his most famous micropolyphonic orchestral works. Executed brilliantly by the Berlin Philharmonic, the record highlights the terrifying, spatial tension of pieces like 'Atmosph猫res', immortalized in Stanley Kubrick's '2001: A Space Odyssey'.
