Album Notes & Community Reviews

An essential archival rescue mission gathering the frenetic, incredibly sharp output of the legendary Scottish post-punk group originally signed to the Postcard label. Characterized by Paul Haig's anxious vocal delivery and fiercely abrasive, non-blues guitar interplay, the collection documents a band that famously disbanded after releasing only one studio album. Their taut, highly rhythmic sound proved massively influential on the 2000s post-punk revival.
