Album Notes & Community Reviews
Compiles a series of acclaimed digital singles from the Syrian-Armenian-American composer, heavily influenced by her experiences living between Los Angeles and Aleppo. The tracks are remarkably intricate, balancing glacial, fragmented electronic production with soaring, emotionally devastating choral vocals that explore themes of ancestral grief and displacement. The release was heavily praised by contemporaries like Bj枚rk.
