Album Notes & Community Reviews
Assembled largely as a tribute following the sudden death of visionary frontman Lowell George, 'Hoy-Hoy!' combines unreleased studio tracks, alternate takes, and vibrant live performances. The collection serves as an essential career retrospective, documenting the unparalleled swamp-funk and southern rock syncopation of their classic 1970s lineup[cite: 1].
