Album Notes & Community Reviews

A two-for-one reissue of both Capitol albums by Mad River, the Ohio band whose 1968 debut mixed psychedelia with early country rock. The second record, 'Paradise Bar & Grill', softens the debut's dissonance into the cosmic country idiom of its moment. Richie Unterberger's liner notes accompany the set.
