Conventional Weapons

Released as a series of five double-sided digital and physical singles, this project collects ten songs originally recorded in 2009 before being scrapped in favor of the 'Danger Days' album sessions. The tracks shed the heavy conceptual theatricality of their previous work, favoring raw, straight-ahead garage punk and blistering stadium rock riffs. Arriving shortly before the band's initial breakup, it provided fans with a fascinating glimpse into an abandoned, highly aggressive creative era.
