Released at the height of his critical and commercial powers, this cleverly packaged retrospective gathers the finest moments from the raspy vocalist's first four solo albums. The masterful blend of heavy, Faces-adjacent rock and deeply soulful, acoustic storytelling secured his reputation as a premier 1970s frontman.
