Album Notes & Community Reviews

Before the Walker Brothers and the solo albums, Scott Engel recorded late-1950s teen pop singles in Los Angeles, and this compilation gathers that pre-fame material. The records follow the era's teen idol formula, with little trace of the baroque balladry to come.
