Album Notes & Community Reviews
Focusing specifically on the French provocateur's wildly inventive mid-to-late 1960s pop recordings, this compilation captures his brilliant embrace of Swinging London's psychedelic aesthetic. The collection prominently features his iconic duets with Brigitte Bardot, blending lush orchestral arrangements with comic book imagery and avant-garde studio effects. It is a vibrant, deeply entertaining overview of his most swinging pop era.
