Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as the group fully transitioned from gritty British rhythm and blues into the burgeoning California counterculture, this second compilation volume tracks their ambitious stylistic expansion. The collection highlights heavily arranged, acid-drenched anthems like 'San Franciscan Nights,' capturing the frontman's complete immersion into the West Coast psychedelic movement and the band's new, highly experimental direction.
