Album Notes & Community Reviews

Issued by Elektra Records without the band's full endorsement shortly before Jim Morrison's death, this was the Los Angeles quartet's first official retrospective. The thirteen curated tracks effectively summarize their dark, blues-drenched approach to psychedelia and their unmatched ability to score menacing, countercultural radio hits.
