Teachings in Silence

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Combines two incredibly dense, challenging EPs—'Silence Teaches You How to Sing' and 'Silencing the Singing'—into a singular, unified dark ambient experience. The compilation fully documents the Norwegian group's radical, complete abandonment of their black metal origins in favor of highly abstract, glitch-heavy electronic soundscapes. It earned them a Norwegian Grammy nomination for Best Electronic Album.
