Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a haunting precursor to their critically acclaimed full-length 'The Crying Light', this EP explores themes of ecological collapse and profound sorrow. Anohni's staggering, vibrato-heavy vocals are framed perfectly by Nico Muhly's delicate, avant-garde chamber arrangements and deeply melancholic piano.
