Album Notes & Community Reviews

A 10-inch EP released in 2000, 'Burning Out the Memories' captures Envy's sound in a state of powerful transition. The four tracks are raw and chaotic, rooted in their aggressive screamo and post-hardcore origins. It serves as a powerful document of their sound right before they would more fully embrace the post-rock influences that would come to define their iconic style.
