Album Notes & Community Reviews

'The Lead' spectacularly revives the classic 2000s R&B girl-group format with impeccably tight vocal harmonies and warm, modern production. The tracks center on romantic empowerment and breakup narratives, expertly woven over incredibly melodic, rhythmic 2-step and dance-pop instrumentals. It became a breakout international success, instantly establishing the trio as the leading voice in the contemporary R&B revival.
