Album Notes & Community Reviews

A foundational release of the French Yé-yé movement, propelled by Hardy's uniquely melancholic vocal delivery and understated acoustic guitar playing. The stark contrast between her introverted, poetic songwriting and the typically exuberant pop of the era quickly cemented her status as an international style icon.
