Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as his official introduction following his highly publicized signing to TDE, the Chattanooga rapper delivers a profoundly intimate and hazy Southern rap portrait. The production leans heavily on dusty, soul-sampling loops that perfectly complement his introspective lyrics detailing struggles with depression, addiction, and impending fatherhood. The project immediately secured his reputation as a vital, soulful voice within the modern conscious hip-hop landscape.
