Album Notes & Community Reviews
Reaching the UK top forty upon its release, this seasonal offering successfully adapted the band's complex, folk-prog aesthetics into an infectious winter celebration. Ian Anderson's intricate flute melodies and pagan lyrical references provided a distinctly traditional, earthy alternative to standard commercial holiday fare.
